By submitting an application, registering for a session, attending an event, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About OFF CAMERA

OFF CAMERA is a curated community experience designed to encourage creativity, expression, meaningful conversations, learning, networking and personal growth.

OFF CAMERA is not a formal educational institution, certification program, acting school or employment service.

2. Application & Participation

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation.

OFF CAMERA reserves the right to accept, decline or defer any application at its sole discretion in order to maintain the quality, safety and experience of the community.

3. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, mentors, guests and organisers.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, disruption, inappropriate conduct or any activity that negatively impacts the experience of others may result in immediate removal from the session without refund.

4. Voluntary Participation

Participation in all discussions, activities, exercises and interactions is entirely voluntary.

Participants are free to engage, observe or contribute at their own comfort level.

5. Photography & Media

OFF CAMERA may occasionally photograph, record or document certain sessions for promotional, educational or archival purposes.

Participants will have the opportunity to indicate their photography and recording preferences during registration or prior to the event.

OFF CAMERA will make reasonable efforts to respect participant preferences regarding the use of photographs, video recordings and testimonials.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics and materials associated with OFF CAMERA and 24 Cine Crafts® remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Participants retain ownership of their original ideas, creative concepts, written material, performances and intellectual property shared during OFF CAMERA sessions.

OFF CAMERA encourages a culture of mutual respect and expects all participants to honour the originality and confidentiality of ideas shared within the community.

7. Event Changes

OFF CAMERA reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, speakers, activities or session formats whenever necessary.

If a session is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, venue-related issues or situations beyond the organisers' control, participants may be offered a transfer to a future session at the discretion of the organisers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participants attend and participate voluntarily.

OFF CAMERA, its organisers, mentors, partners and representatives shall not be liable for any personal loss, injury, damage or inconvenience arising from participation in any event or activity.

9. Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or participation in OFF CAMERA constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Refund Policy

We strive to create meaningful and carefully curated experiences for every participant.

1. Application Submission

Submitting an application is free and does not guarantee participation.

2. Participation Fee

A participation fee is payable only after a participant has been invited and their place has been confirmed.

3. No Refund Policy

All participation fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

This policy exists because each OFF CAMERA gathering is carefully curated and capacity is limited. Once a place is reserved, that opportunity is no longer available to another participant.

Participants are therefore requested to confirm their availability before completing payment.
